”Pka Sla Ekreach” is a mission under the Arts and Mental Health Project, which was designated as a direct and as an online art festival focusing on uplifting mental health, and erasing the stigma surrounding people’s choices of staying single.
🌟 Our Vision
A group of people aged 20 and over who experienced pressures and criticism on their choices of staying single.
Women suffering from mental stress due to constant criticism of the stigma of being single.
Young, and the elderly people that used to, and are still criticizing others for being single.
🤝 Our Mission
“Pka Sla Ekreach” has 4 main goals:
- Encourage women to be independent in decision-making, especially in choosing a partner (choosing a partner is not an option it’s a choice).
- Change the negative mindset of “women can’t turn the stove round”.
- Encourage everyone to understand how to transform themselves into a good support for society (others are your society and you are also the society of others).
- Share the knowledge and methods of taking care of mental health, as well as to connect those who have encountered, or are experiencing mental health stress arising from the stigma of being single, help them to seek counseling and solve their mental health issues with experts.
Our Objective
Based on personal experience and research through direct surveys, we have seen many people in particular, women. suffer from psychological trauma by being blamed for the stigma of being single at an age that society considers old. The main purpose is to disseminate knowledge on how to take care of mental health and to connect the relationship between the experts and the people who face the problem. Encourages women to be independent in making decisions and choosing partners. In particular, encourages everyone to understand how to transform themselves into a good support of others, based on the phrase “others are your society and you are the society of others.”
