🌟 Our Vision
“When I Feel” Project aims at bringing focus on improving mental health in every individual, family and our community as well as reminding everyone to get back to the basics to tackle some mental health challenges.
🤝 Our Mission
Created a social campaign to capture the various requirements people have with regard to mental Issues & support, and provide our support through the poster and video, as well as created a dialogue program with youth and experts on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in order to gather, talking about mental health, networking, and especially to celebrate World Mental Health Day 2022.
Our Purpose
Bringing focus on improving mental health in every individual, family and our community as well as reminding everyone to get back to basics to tackle some mental health challenges. Recently, people very much focused more on mental illness than mental well-being. They talk about medications and expensive means rather than practicing some basic methods to maintain well-being. Our gathering is lovely and caringly tapping everyone’s shoulder to rethink.

Remind people that everyone can be a good listener which is one of the main skills of the mental health professional, having knowledge about maintaining good mental health and well-being and knowing what professions they can seek help, practicing self-care and self-sneha so they can take care and love others and their job.
